Your responsibilities will include management of financial and human resources; information technology, facilities and property management; health and safety; the environment; protection and parking services; and risk management. Your success will be contingent on the following essential qualities: your well-known leadership skills, and your ability to direct major projects and to motivate and inspire various employee groups – two traits that rank among the hallmarks of your career path. You are also able to develop and implement innovative strategic plans, and introduce an institutional culture centred on best practices. Finally, you are thoroughly familiar with the organizational structure of universities or of other complex institutions, you excel at interpersonal relationships and you are comfortable communicating in both English and French.
