The Student Information Projects and Systems Group (SIPS) manages the
University's student management system, and the University's timetabling,
alumni and customer relationship management (CRM) systems and
processes. The Group produces the annual teaching timetable.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has a natural interest in
problem-solving, attention to detail and organisational and planning skills,
together with the ability to communicate effectively.

You will be assisting in the creation and scheduling of the annual teaching
timetable for the University. This involves collating data and entering it into
our timetabling system, liaising with University staff about their timetabling
and room booking requirements, responding to requests for timetable and
room bookings and providing space and technology resource information.

A tertiary qualification or relevant experience is a requirement for this role,
along with a good level of computer and technology literacy.

Salary will be in the range of $47,292 to $58,205 per year, pro rata
depending on qualifications, skills and experience.

Fixed term until 20 December 2019
