Qualifications:

1. Must be a graduate of any of the following fields: Education, Arts, Management, Marketing Management, Theater Arts, Communication Arts;
2. With at least 2 years related work experience;
3. Must be proficient in communication, organizational, and, interpersonal skills;
4. Must be capable of developing programs and training students;
5. Must be proficient in MS Office applications
6. Must be keen to details and accuracy;
7. Must be highly dependable, trustworthy and service-oriented.

Job Description/Summary

1. Supervises, oversees, evaluates and coordinates the activities and daily operations of all CAO groups;
2. Assists the Director in initiating and implementing existing and new programs and cultural activities;
3. Designs and facilitates formation programs, organizes personal, production, and team development seminars;
4. Monitors the academic status, artistic performance and holistic growth of the student artists and student managers, and recommends necessary programs to answer the issues;
5. Directly supervises the volunteer program (Student Artist Managers) of the office, from recruitment, training, implementing and monitoring;
6. Performs other related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
