In this position, the main challenge is to bring Spanish-speaking knowledge of innovative practices in the social sector through high-value publications, such as the Stanford Social Innovation Review. As platforms that define, disseminate, promote and inspire new trends in social innovation, Tec de Monterrey is positioned as a promoter and leader of social innovation in the Spanish-speaking region.


Coordinate all the necessary efforts to carry out the publications in a physical and digital way
Ensure the selection and quality of the content of publications in print and digital magazine, organizing the corresponding committees and councils
Supervise the construction, content and functionality of digital sites
Ensure a good relationship with subscribers and allies
Plan and coordinate events related to social innovation, such as webinars, conferences, congresses, podcasts.
Manage the necessary legal and administrative procedures, internal and external, as well as those related to print and digital publications
Coordinate the accounting of the magazine, digital site and events
Procure income from donations, sponsorships, and the like
Coordinate publications distribution efforts
Coordinate the marketing efforts of publications
Coordinate the relationship with regional magazine distribution partners (Spanish-speaking countries)

This position is for you if:

You have experience in journalism, communication, editing
Accounts with excellent writing and text editing skills
Good handling of English
Training: Professional career, master's degree preference
