The Team

Our mission at the Monash Research Office (MRO) is to facilitate the University’s research objectives through an active program of identifying and developing funding opportunities, providing active and timely assistance to researchers in the grant application process, administering awards, ensuring appropriate clearances and providing statistical research data.

The Opportunity

Apply your high-level system analyst and project management skills to provide the end-to-end delivery, implementation and ongoing improvements of the IT systems used to support the ethical review of research and grant administration.

The Senior System Analyst works closely with project partners and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables and will ensure that all facets of the University’s Ethics and Compliance business processes are built into the system.

In addition, the Senior System Analyst takes responsibility for the initiation, development, implementation of improvements replacing manual business processes with Robotic Process Automation solutions.

This will include providing expert, senior-level and informed advice, recommendations and reports in support of new initiatives, complex projects, business decision-making and the achievement of strategic objectives with significant impact.
