Science Manager (m / w / d) for European and International Research Funding Project

 

At the Technical University of Munich, full-time research funding and technology transfer (TUM ForTe) is to be filled in the university department at the earliest opportunity (40.10 hours / week):

 

Tasks
• Research, information and advice on international, in particular EU research funding programs
• Central contact for the TUM scientists in the application for and implementation of international research projects; Interface to university management and to the central departments
• Cooperation with the TUM Liaison Officer at the EuroTech Universities Office in Brussels and with the Bavarian Research Alliance (BayFOR)
• Maintaining contacts with international research funding agencies and contacts at regional, national and international level
• Content planning and implementation of target group specific information events and workshops

 

Requirements
• Completed university studies, preferably with a doctorate
• Very good knowledge of the European and international research funding
landscape , in particular experience in the acquisition of third-party funds • Experience in science management
• Strong conceptual and communication skills
• Independent work, structured thinking, service orientation and organizational talent
• Self-initiative, teamwork , Operational readiness and flexibility
• fluent English spoken and written knowledge, further knowledge of languages is an advantage
