Position Overview

About the opportunity

This position sits in the Remuneration and Reporting team within the People & Culture Department. You will enjoy a high level of interactions with the various teams that make up People & Culture. Working closely with Senior Manager, Heads of Schools and external stakeholders your assistance and advice will be highly valued. Influencing comes naturally to you. If you have a remuneration background, we are happy to provide you with training in managing academic promotion rounds.

Key activities:

Remuneration Management including managing the annual cycle of salary reviews
Managing the annual academic promotions round
Job evaluations
Contribute to market salary surveys
Analysis of market information and report writing

You will need:

Remuneration Management experience
Strong numeracy skills.
A real aptitude for analysing information and data, making findings and recommendations
HR operations experience – including a working knowledge of a HRIS
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency
Advantageous to have:

Experience with working with data using MS applications and Power BI
A public Sector background
PSenterprise knowledge
Worked in an University Environment, managing academic promotions rounds
