Registrar Services Officer (m/f/d)

(Full-time; 38.5 hours/week; fixed-term contract initially for 12 months)

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the processes of student enrolment and disenrollment

• Preparation of academic documents

• Processing of student requests within the scope of university regulations and academic policies

• Handling the transfer of academic credits

• Administer student-related and academic data as well as proper documentation within the Campus Management System (CMS)

• Provide general advice and assistance to students

• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments

• Create and update process documentation

• Ensure knowledge transfer to other employees and support the onboarding of new colleagues

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed university degree

• Solid experience in an international environment and in working with team members and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds

• Exceptional communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset

• Careful working style, strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset

• Fluent English required; German desirable

• Very good knowledge of MS Office
