  7. Preferably with relevant work experience from a reputable university or academic institution.

Job Description/Summary

The role of the Registrar for the Integrated School (IS) is to keep and safeguard student records, provide data analysis and manages data relevant to school planning and decision-making.

  1. Enforces government and school regulations regarding admissions requirements, enrollment, crediting and promotions, transfers, subjects’ sequence, graduation, suspension or dismissal of students and other disciplinary measures as recommended and approved by the IS Principal.
  2. Plans and executes registration procedures in close coordination with the IS Principal.
  3. Determines matters pertaining to student accounting.
  4. Assists in the formulation, evaluation, revision and/or enforcement of policies for the objectives of the institution (such as but not limited to preparation of bulletins, catalogues, brochures, school calendar and other announcements).
  5. As the custodian of assets and student records, must maintain and ensure adequate internal controls are in place to assure data integrity and proper coverage of data protection measures.
  6. Maintains good relations with the general public, provides customer service and serves as the principal contact person with government agencies regarding school administration and regulations.
  7. Sets the standard operating procedures of the IS Registrar’s Office.
  8. Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time
