Project Support Assistant Are you a well organised and adaptable individual with good communication skills? Do you want to join a team committed to improving the care delivered to critically ill children? You will join an enthusiastic and motivated team of researchers within the Paediatric Intensive Care Audit Network providing project support for a national clinical audit of paediatric intensive care and other research projects investigating chronic illness in children based on a large and complex dataset. You will support the team in the day-to-day running of the project ensuring that clerical tasks are completed satisfactorily and on time. Duties will include: organising meetings; writing meeting notes/minutes; filing and record keeping; placing orders for resources / office materials and associated goods receipting; responding to queries or requests for information; distributing information to committees or participating organisations; assisting with formatting of the PICANet Annual Report; maintaining information on the project website and drafting newsletters. You will be well organised, able to communicate clearly and professionally with senior academics and professionals and have excellent attention to detail. You will have extensive experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade C or above or equivalent.
