You are going to do this

An enormous building assignment awaits us in the coming years and, as a result, the same relocation and design assignment. Because the campus - over 161 hectares - is our own territory with its own real estate, as a project manager you always have a direct link with the users. No, you interact one-on-one with the university's scientists and management about their wishes and requirements for a relocation or furnishing project. You know how to translate their often complex questions into a concrete plan.

After defining the quality, the budget and the planning, you make a proposal for the organization and organization of the project. You then put together a strong project team with colleagues from, for example, the Campus Development, Facility Management & IT, Building Management and Services departments. You also organize the tenders and manage the parties involved, such as architect, suppliers and movers. You take charge from the start of the project up to and including delivery and evaluation.

Whether it concerns the relocation of the Katalyselab or the design of a large educational building, several projects are always playing at the same time. Various project leaders sit on it. You are part of a close and pleasant team of experienced project leaders and you are responsible for projects of various sizes and complexities. You keep the overall overview on your project and coordinate with other project leaders and project managers to ensure integrality.
