Position Overview

Massey Executive Development (MED) unit of Massey Business School, Massey University is seeking to appoint an experienced Programme Support Administrator, to be based at our Auckland campus.

This position reports to the Operations Manager and provides key administrative support to programmes delivered by MED, namely the MBA programmes, Master of Advanced Leadership Practice (MALP), and other professional executive courses.  You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team.

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in administration of academic programmes, ideally at a higher education institution with knowledge of tertiary sector systems and processes.  You will also preferably have intermediate to advanced competency in using technology such Microsoft Office and social media platforms.  A strong background in customer service and working in a team environment will be valuable.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail are also essential to this role.
