《Job Responsibilities》

1. Execute tasks and assignments that are necessary to move forward Mandarin Chinese language education collaboration projects, including but not limited to administration of international affairs, processing of overseas students coming to Taiwan for Mandarin Chinese studies, etc.
2. Assist in supporting and executing relevant assignments for the International College and its international degree programs
3. Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

《Required qualifications》

1. English proficiency of at least level B2 on the General English Proficiency Test (GEPT), and be able to fluently communicate in English via verbal and written communications with international partners
2. Experiences in international affairs work preferred
3. Educational qualifications: bachelor’s or graduate degree(s) obtained from an accredited higher education institution in Taiwan or abroad; preference is given to those who have a background in Mandarin Chinese language education or related fields
4. Professional qualifications
(1) Passion for projects related to promoting Mandarin Chinese education internationally
(2) Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
(3) Organization and execution of government-sponsored projects
(4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office software tools (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other software tools for communication, analysis, and office operations

《Working Hours》

1. A work day begins at 8am-9am and ends at 5pm-6pm, with an hour of break for lunch; Monday through Friday
2. If additional hours are worked, one may apply for overtime hours accordingly and use later as additional time-off

《Salary and Benefits》

1. Bachelor’s level – beginning at NTD $32,466/month, and master’s level – beginning at NTD $37,132/month. Actual salary is adjusted based on one’s prior years of full-time work experiences and relevant NTU regulations on salary pay grade for Program Managers. (Candidates are requested to submit proof of previous work experiences to allow for accurate determination of salary pay grade)
2. 7 days of annual leave, and applicable health insurance and social security contributions
