MBP supports undergrad diversity and student success initiatives, including recruiting diverse students, providing pre-college programming, tutoring, student advising, diverse/inclusive student organizational support and develop new/modified strategic priorities while developing corporate relationships and fundraising. MBP leadership including the implementation/enhancement of existing programming to increase diversity in the undergrad Broad community and student success of underrepresented students. Supervise staff members. Facilitate academic workshops and community outreach while managing daily MBP operations. Supervise staff members.
