Under the guidance of End User Experience management, develop, deliver and evaluate a portfolio of programs or products. You will be responsible for delivering multiple products/programs within scope, on time, and within budget. You are excited by opportunities to generate, conceptualize, brainstorm and execute ideas that bring University IT and EUX’s initiatives, products, and programs to life. You have expertise in information architecture, high-fidelity functional prototypes, wireframing, user testing, web and user analytics, and the respective tools used for those. You have strong interpersonal skills, with strong ability to synthesize and communicate ideas visually, verbally, and in writing. Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a major bonus.

 

• Craft audience profiles, customer journey maps, and user flows that translate to frictionless experiences and optimal engagement.
• Serve as the escalation point for users having challenging experiences with any of the EUX products
• Own the creation of compelling mobile and desktop user experiences in collaboration with technical, and engineering teams.
• Create a shared UX / UI vision across EED’s products - architect, design and assist in building our design system and ensure the team is chipping in.
• Build production-ready UI/UX workflows ready for implementation
• Work very closely with developers and engineers to work through challenging material and devise creative solutions to UX problems
• Produce prototypes and CSS to support UI engineers as required
• Collaborate with end users, stakeholders, and compliance governance groups, to facilitate product design reviews and refinement.
• Stay current with evolving UI/UX trends and technologies for higher ad mobile and development apps.
• Craft information architecture diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes

Core duties*:
• Recommend and execute product/ program plan strategy, including portfolio development and marketing, to meet business goals.
• Define and conduct analysis and make recommendations regarding the direction of the product/program portfolio.
• Maintain a working knowledge of marketing plans as related to the portfolio.
• Assess prospective audience, planning and executing a conversion strategy to meet product/program goals.
• Deliver an experience that leads to high customer happiness and advocacy for the program.
• Implement improvements based on analysis which improve processes, programs and business across the department.
• Build partnerships and engage groups that participate in program or product delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• May oversee others.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• You have demonstrated project/program management skills, including influencing without authority and you're able to manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
• You can work effectively with decision-makers across many levels of the organization.
• Experience developing new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience with various marketing elements (e.g. pricing, audience, channels, communication).
• You are an excellent written and oral communicator with strong presentation skills.

Physical requirements*:
• Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
• Frequently stand/walk, sit, use a telephone, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, speaking.
• Occasionally grasp forcefully, writing by hand.
• Rarely sort/file paperwork.
