About the position

At the Department of Documentation Management, a permanent 100% advisory position is available as process manager in digital documentation processes. Workplace in Trondheim.


Our digital everyday life is constantly changing, and NTNU will ensure an efficient and secure information and document flow in case processing, both now and for posterity.


The department currently consists of 27 man-years organized in 3 groups; development, expertise and documentation management. The position belongs to the group development, and our new employee will help us to take the step further towards a modern digital documentation management, in interaction with the entire NTNU. The department has employees in Trondheim, Ålesund and Gjøvik and provides service to the entire NTNU.



lead and participate in processes for digitizing case processes

be a driving force for new thinking about digital case processes

Provide good project documentation

Other tasks that naturally belong to the group must be expected

eligibility Requirements

relevant education at minimum bachelor level, preferably with a focus on

process management or IT / digitalization

experience with project work and good process understanding

interest and understanding of IT

good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian 

Wanted qualifications

experience with conducting risk analyzes

knowledge of Difi's common solutions and project wizard

benefit from experience from various process methods, such as Lean

Salaries and terms

The position as advisor code 1434 is normally paid from gross NOK 488 100 to NOK 546 000 per employee. years depending on seniority and qualifications. From salaries, 2% of statutory deposits are withdrawn from the Government Pension Fund.


The employment is carried out in accordance with the principles of the State Employees Act, and legislation regulating the export of knowledge, technology and services. After hiring, you must expect changes to the work area.
