The Wyss Zurich is a joint accelerator of the ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich, which was made possible by a generous donation from the Swiss entrepreneur and philanthropist Dr. hc. mult. Hansjörg Wyss. The mission of Wyss Zurich is to drive the clinical translation and technology transfer of outstanding scientific discoveries into new therapies for patients and breakthrough innovations in the emerging fields of Regenerative Medicine and Robotics, and to promote hybrid technologies in these fields. Wyss Zurich brings together some of the world's leading experts to form multidisciplinary teams, pooling their knowledge and expertise.

The Wyss Zurich Regenerative Medicine Technology (RMT) Platform of the University of Zurich provides the expertise, guidance and infrastructure required to respond to the diverse regulatory and technical challenges of Wyss Zurich projects in the field of Regenerative Medicine. It aims to support Wyss Zurich projects in the efficient translation of biomedical preclinical research into applied regenerative therapies, and to accelerate entry of innovative treatments into clinical trials.

Your responsibilities

As a process manager of the Wyss Zurich Regenerative Medicine Technology Platform, you are responsible for all processes and administrative tasks including:
  • management and harmonization of project requirements and platform resources
  • communication and acting as a liaison between the Wyss Projects and the Wyss RMT Platform regarding all project related matters to ensure a smooth realization of the project
  • management of contract requests and support of administration of all matters related to contracts and other legal documents
  • Intermediary between the supplier and Wyss Zurich RMT Platform along with the legal and asset management department of the University Zurich and its technology transfer office
  • Management of the database of contracts, licenses, and quotes

Your profile

  • Qualification in Business Administration (e.g. MBA) and/or academic administration
  • Experience in the management of complex organizational environments
  • Work experience performing professional contract and legal administration work, preferably in pharma, medical device or healthcare industry
  • Understanding of contract administration and proven experiences in a similar/related role
  • German and English is a must
