Manager/Assistant Manager (at the rank of Administrative Assistant II/Executive Officer) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 494441) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)


Applicants should possess a good university degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in branding, design and social media management or corporate communications. A high standard in written English and Chinese is essential. Applicants are also expected to have strong communication and negotiation skills, be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Solid experience in PR writing, design management or digital and video marketing and production will be preferred. Those with less experience may be appointed as Assistant Manager.


The appointee will support the Knowledge Exchange and Faculty Advancement Team in managing Faculty’s communication channels across multiple platforms and work closely with key internal stakeholders and vendors. He/She will assist in the day-to-day management of social media campaigns, regularly update the Faculty website, and provide support to the production of online and offline publicity materials. The appointee will also support other portfolios of the Knowledge Exchange and Faculty Advancement Team and perform any other duties as assigned.


Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
