The Opportunity


Monash Residential Services (MRS) provides a range of on and off-campus accommodation options and services to students, staff and the business community – the future leaders of tomorrow.  We are currently seeking to appoint a driven and passionate Manager, Residential Support Engagement and Development.

As the Manager, Residential Support Engagement and Development, you will play a critical role within our high performing leadership team, making an unequivocal contribution to the strategic planning and achievement of goals. The core purpose of the role is to ensure the implementation of a high-calibre residential experience to our student population residing on campus, through leading and developing of a range of processes, projects and programs that are aimed at promoting engagement of our residential community.


Your uncompromising pursuit of exceptional residential experiences will be complemented by your ability to invest excellence and efficiency in your team, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.


As the successful candidate, you will have robust management and leadership skills, including the ability to empower your team to achieve success. Your dedication to customer service, exceptional communication skills and ability to establish and strengthen partnerships with a variety of stakeholders, will be paramount.

This role is a full-time position with out-of-hours work required; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
