Position OverviewRole: Manager, Facilities & Technical Services – Digital Production About the RoleThe Manager, Facilities & Technical Services – Digital Production leads technical teams across RMIT’s College of Design and Social Context (DSC), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, service-oriented digital support for teaching, learning, research, and engagement. The role oversees digital production facilities and equipment—including areas such as sound, audiovisual, screen and media, games, animation, and digital design—while driving continuous improvement and innovation aligned with emerging digital technologies. You will provide strategic and technical leadership, operational oversight, and people management to foster collaboration, capability development, and a culture of excellence and inclusion.
