Manager Client Services (Auckland)

The role


The Manager Client Services role reports to the Senior Manager Client Services (Dentistry) and has been created as a result of the newly built Dental facility in Auckland.


The Auckland clinic is an exciting new purpose built facility, in partnership with Counties Manukau Health, based in South Auckland.

Working closely with the relevant corporate and service divisions, you will manage the provision of support services to your key stakeholders.


Your skills and experience


We are looking for individuals with experience in:
• Managing teams and the provision of operations or business support across multiple client areas.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholder groups.
• Managing strategic activities and projects.
• Successful implementation of consistent work processes and procedures.
• Streamlining activities with the customer at the centre, to create value, add experiences and consistency of service.


You will be an adaptable and independent high performer with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Positive attitude, resilience and the ability to listen and respond to the needs of a wide range of people are necessary for this role. Experience working within a clinical or tertiary sector will be a distinct advantage.

This is an exciting time for the Faculty of Dentistry as we build and develop the Auckland facility. The role will suit someone who is excited by building a successful and efficient clinic utilising the systems and processes in Dunedin. This is a permanent, full-time position.
