IT System Administrator For Development Of Cloud Robotics Applications

 

 

For our team, we are looking for an IT system administrator to develop cloud robotics applications as soon as possible

 

The Technische Universität München (TUM) has set itself the goal of developing innovative and sustainable technologies and solutions through the research of robotics and machine intelligence for the central challenges of our time with the establishment of the Munich School of Robotics and Machine Intelligence as a superficial integrative research center , For this purpose, it is to become one of the world's leading science and technology institutions in robotics, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Through interdisciplinary basic research, its use of technical progress oriented towards society's needs, as well as interdisciplinary and innovative training, it forms the basis for sustainable science, training and technology development as well as their implementation.

 

Tasks:

• Setting up of IT infrastructure

• Server administration

• User and access management for VPN, Git, ...

• User management in TUM-Online

• Website and Wiki administration

• Building a cloud infrastructure for AI / robot systems

• Setting up a network of many ( 20+) learning agents

• Build a cloud service for machine learning in the cloud

• Code maintenance for AI systems

• Set up a service database in the cloud for eg robot skills, computer vision, ...

 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Master's degree in computer science or another technical degree program

• Programming

knowledge in C languages, java, python (at least one C language) • Extensive network administration

experience • Experience in handling and administration of version management systems (git) desirable

• Basic knowledge in machine learning and databases desirable

• Basic knowledge in dealing with typo3 desirable
