Permanent Whole-time Appointment

The College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Sciences wishes to recruit an International Manager to establish a cohesive approach to its international engagement. The role of the International Manager will be to assist the College in formulating a College level strategy for the recruitment & retention of international students and to work with Heads of Schools and other stakeholders to implement this strategy in line with the University’s strategy and recruitment targets. In developing this strategy, the International Manager will provide quantitative and qualitative appraisals of performance in current markets and conduct desk-based research to identify potential markets. The post holder will work closely with the central Student Recruitment Office the International Office and the relevant University Committees.

The post holder will report to the College Manager.

Appointment may be made on the Admin II Salary Scale: €61,024 - €78,073 (Scale B) / €58,066 - €74,171 (Scale A) Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
