Overview: The Executive Director is responsible for the development, direction and operation of BCLT, working independently but pursuant to guidance from BCLT’s seventeen faculty directors, who function as the Center’s “board of directors.” Based on the needs of the School of Law, and at the sole discretion of the Dean or his/her designate, the Executive Director may teach or co-teach a course in the law & technology field and may supervise student research and writing projects. On such occasions, the incumbent will be provided a concurrent academic appointment in an appropriate teaching title.
