Executive Assistant Panel 2022 UCC is currently seeking applications for placement on an Executive Assistant panel from which opportunities (ordinarily full-time and of varying duration depending on University needs) may arise. The duties of Executive Assistants involve a wide range of administrative functions in various departments / units within the University. Working within a highly collaborative and innovative environment, you will play a key role in providing Executive Assistant support to departments, schools and units. The Executive Assistant role is an entry level position to the professional services function of the University. Successful applicants to the panel, will on appointment to the University, have significant opportunity for career advancement, professional and personal development, including the opportunity to undertake study in UCC. With the possibility for appointment to a central professional function or within an academic unit, the Executive Assistant has the opportunity to play a central role in supporting University leadership in the delivery of UCC’s strategic vision. It is anticipated that the panel will be in place until 31 December 2023 but may expire at an earlier or later date at the discretion of the University. The rate of remuneration may be adjusted from time to time in line with Government pay policy.
