Divisional Assistant (Communications, Media Promotions and Events) Are you an enthusiastic, well organised and versatile individual with the ability to provide high level administrative support? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships? Are you able to work with creative technology and social media? You will be directed by the Head of Division, guided by the programme directors, across all levels, and work closely with the existing administrative team within the Accounting and Finance Division at Leeds University Business School. Line managed by the Division’s Senior Administrator and Operations Manager, you will be working within a busy team, providing high quality and pro-active administrative support to the Division. Your responsibilities will range from proactively facilitating and delivering the media and marketing aspects of a successful academic department and organising and promoting various events to contribute to strategic initiatives of its stakeholders. You will also be able to demonstrate proficiency in effective verbal and written communication, and the use of IT software packages and media platforms. You will be part of a cohesive and supportive team having first point of contact for external and internal colleagues and students and therefore will need a high level of professionalism and discretion, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a respect for confidentiality.
