The Dean serves as the chief academic and administrative officer of the college, providing visionary leadership and strategic direction for academic programs, faculty affairs, student success, budget management, and community engagement. The Dean reports to the Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and oversees all aspects of the college’s academic, student, and external community dimensions in coordination with faculty and university leadership. The College provides premier undergraduate and graduate education through on-campus, hybrid, and online programs, including collaboration with other IU regional campuses.
