The Graduate Research School (GRS) is the central administration unit for Higher Degree Research programs at UNSW. It is responsible for the management and administration of admission, candidature and scholarships for domestic and international candidates. There are currently over 3300 HDR candidates at the University completing a PhD, Professional Doctorate, Master of Research or a Master of Philosophy. The GRS supports the next generation of research leaders. The Customer Services and Enquiries Support Officer plays a key role in providing high level customer service and administrative support to the University's Higher Degree Research (HDR) community within the Division of Research and Enterprise and the Graduate Research School (GRS). This customer service role includes a broad range of general administrative duties including processing admission applications and scholarship payments as well as answering phone, email and in person enquiries.
