Customer and Sales Support Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serves as the first point of contact for the public regarding CCE programs and services.
Greets, assists and/or directs students, visitors, and the public.
Acts as a liaison between CCE clients and CCE career counselors.
Receives, directs, and relays telephone and fax messages.
Responds to queries from AUK community members, or the general public, or refers to the appropriate staff members.
Arranges the CCE mail-related issues.
Opens and date stamps all general correspondence.
Maintains the general filing system and files all correspondence.
Prepares for CCE and committee meetings.
Provides word-processing and secretarial support.
Maintains CCE clients’ database.
Prepares weekly and monthly reports (no. of calls, no. of visitors, etc.).
Enters information in CRM system.
Handles and follows up customer payments and installments.
Supports and assists CCE participation in events such as information nights, open houses, trade shows, and education fairs.
Participates in activities associated with the promotion of the University and CCE.
Handles all CCE administration jobs related to HR, Finance, and other AUK community members.
Bachelor’s degree required.
1-3 years’ experience in adult education and training field.
Must be proficient in computer use including Microsoft Office, e-mail, Moodle, SharePoint, and internet.
Excellent English and Arabic proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
