tasks

  • Operational coordination of the European University Alliance for Global Health project (EUG-LOH) at the LMU
  • Representation of the LMU within the consortium; Advertising the network and, where appropriate, raising additional third-party funds for appropriate measures;
  • Supervision of the Academic Advisory Board of the project, coordination of project-related inter-university working groups and committees
  • Coordination of the LMU work package Communication and Sustainability
  • Supervision of internal and external project communication
  • Documentation, evaluation and reporting

conditions

  • You have a completed academic studies (Diploma, Master, Master, Staatsexamen)
  • You have experience in university administration as well as experience in science-related project management, ideally in EU projects
  • You have a strong knowledge of the German and European higher education system
  • They have intercultural competence, are committed and self-initiated, are team-oriented, communicative and strong in organization and work independently
  • They have secure and extensive IT skills in the office and Internet area and are familiar with social networks and digital media.
  • Very good English language skills and very good knowledge of German are essential, knowledge of another European language of the project participants are welcome (French, Portuguese, Swedish, Hungarian).

We offer you an interesting and responsible job with good training and development opportunities. Your workplace is centrally located in Munich and is very easy to reach by public transport. Remuneration is based on the collective agreement of the Länder (TV-L). The classification takes place up to salary group 13 TV-L in the presence of the collective bargaining requirements. There is always the possibility of part-time employment. The position is temporarily limited to August 2021. Severely handicapped persons are preferred with otherwise substantially equal suitability.
