Coordinator for Support Services De La Salle University Philippines

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree program.
  2. Must be at least two (2) years’ work experience;
  3. Must have strong proficient in communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
  4. Must have strong leadership and management skills, result oriented and with excellent communication skills;
  5. Must have outstanding knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.);
  6. Must be keen to details and accuracy;
  7. Must be highly dependable, trustworthy and service-oriented, and, with interpersonal and customer-service skills;
  8. Must have a high level of integrity.

Job Description/Summary

  1. Receive and coordinate the University’s transportation requirements and shuttle services.
  2. Coordinate scheduled trips with accredited external service providers and customers with transportation requests.
  3. Coordinate with the drivers, administrators, and other affected parties in the event of a vehicular accident, theft or injury to a passenger which transpired during a trip.
  4. Ensure the correct delivery and prompt delivery and receipt of items by the intended recipients through proper recording and reporting.
  5. Assist the Director of Support Services by studying and planning the administrative services requirements of the campus and recommends improvements on systems, facilities and acquisition of equipment needed for office operations.
  6. Performs other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane, or related to and/or implied by the ones enumerated above.
