to occupy half of the regular weekly working hours (currently 19 hours and 55 minutes). The classification takes place depending on task assignment and fulfillment of the personal requirements to salary group 13 TV-L.


Who are we:
The EMU Brazil Center brings together Brazil's activities at the university under one roof. The Brazil Center advises all EMU institutions on their respective Brazilian activities in research, research transfer, teaching and studies, provides contacts and contacts, and provides organizational and administrative project advice. The Brazil Center maintains an external office in the German Science and Innovation House (DWIH) in São Paulo.


Job description:
The position comprises the tasks of coordination, planning and implementation of the measures within the framework of the DAAD-sponsored project of the Strategic Partnership of the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster with the University of São Paulo (USP) in coordination with the management of the Brazil Center. Coordination is the link between the institutions of the EMU as well as the USP and the funding agency DAAD.


The task area includes in detail:

  • Coordination and organization of the various activities of the strategic partnership project (summer schools, mobility activities, etc.)
  • Maintenance and expansion of cooperation activities with the USP
  • Project administration and financial management
  • Maintaining contact with the funding agency DAAD
  • public relation


Requirements for the setting are:

  • University degree
  • Professional experience in higher education, preferably in international (research) project organization
  • Experience in financial / budget management and in the use of third party funds
  • Experience in partnership care, if necessary. Contacts with the USP and preferably with Brazil, are welcome
  • Very good knowledge of English spoken and written, good knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese is desirable
  • profound EDP knowledge and experience in dealing with SAP
  • Willingness to become familiar with the information systems of the management of EMU
