Compliance and Quality Officer (Apprenticeships)

Do you want to play a key role in supporting colleagues in capturing, evidencing and evaluating the broad range of activities that support apprenticeship excellence in student education at Leeds? Can you provide guidance to ensure institutional engagement with processes? Do you have knowledge and recent experience of the skills Further Education sector and/or the Higher Education sector?

Can you utilise your excellent communication skills and expertise to provide specialist advice to colleagues at all levels? Are you motivated, proactive and organised? Do you have the ability to design, develop, and lead workshop and training activities with key stakeholder groups?

The University is committed to working in partnership with employers and academic and professional service staff to deliver excellent higher and degree apprenticeship programmes to meet the needs of business while providing an excellent experience for an apprentice. Working closely with the Head of Learning Enhancement you will manage, review and improve quality and data management processes, for the delivery of Higher and Degree Apprenticeships, ensuring excellence is maintained throughout the University.

The Learning Enhancement team within the Student Education Service oversee and manages higher and degree apprenticeship provision and institutional policies, administrative processes and systems needed to meet the requirements of the external bodies overseeing our apprenticeship provision. Working in partnership with other professional service teams we identify opportunities to improve and enhance the quality of apprenticeships.
