The Division of Enrollment Services is seeking a Communication Coordinator to support key aspects of its communication and marketing processes. Reporting to the Director of Communication, you will generate and edit website content, manage the organization's social media, write and edit mass emails, create a variety of print and digital publications, coordinate communication workflow for designated departments, and assist with strategy and planning. Your core responsibilities will include:

Assisting with communication strategy and planning;
Assisting with day-to-day production of divisional websites, including writing and content editing;
Managing social media platforms including creative, content, strategy, and analytics;
Coordinating departmental mass email production, including scheduling, writing and sending;
Managing internal communication initiatives for divisional staff;
Providing graphic design support for websites, social media and marketing materials; and
Organizing and maintaining communication schedule and files.

Bachelor's degree in communication, writing, marketing, or related field.
Experience with digital content knowledge and social media analytics experience highly desired.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
