In this position the main challenge is ; ensure compliance with the service level agreements established for the payment of advances, refunds, subject to liquidation and checks of advances and corporate cards; monitoring compliance with the internal control policies and guidelines of Tecnológico de Monterrey, in addition to the applicable tax provisions; as well as ensuring the proper functioning of the work cell, through the effective administration of the resources, personnel and tools under its charge.


Validate with the process owner the internal control guidelines and the tax provisions in force for the review of checks, the use of corporate cards and the authorization of advances
Design and establish controls to assess the quality of processed requests
Design and establish metrics for team performance evaluation
Analyze the processing time of the applications, as well as the demand for services on key dates
Make decisions about the workloads and organization of the team in order to comply with the service level agreements
Ensure documentation of all processes in the area
Successfully integrate the new tools or systems that are implemented for the operation
Analyze and improve processes
Develop training material for new employees
Incorporate new services or new customers to the operation
Coordinate with the different support levels the attention to user doubts
Analyze information from service surveys and define strategies to improve user perception
Set goals with the work team and give feedback and follow-up to your employees

This position is for you if:
You are a graduate of Bachelor of Public Accounting, Administration or to order
Accounts with experience of at least 2 years in handling travel expenses, petty cash and corporate cards
You have knowledge and bases in General Accounting
You have designed metrics, worked on objective basis and performed thorough results analysis
