Position Overview


Massey University is experiencing on-going expansion with a significant capital works programme planned for the next decade across its campus operations in Auckland, Manawatu and Wellington.


We need an experienced project administrator to manage the day-to-day running and management of a variety of projects as part of the School of Veterinary Science upgrade Programme on the Manawatu Campus.


The position requires supporting the programme team in the governance processes, to monitor and control project activity with the ability to organise and manage project documentation including meeting agenda, minutes, project reports, risk registers, tender and procurement documentation, budgets and internal communication.


As a long-term owner of its capital assets, the University requires an individual with uncompromising attention to achieve quality outcomes for its construction programme. You will need to be flexible and be able to think on your feet when under pressure.
