Where to find usJob DescriptionThis position will contribute to the development and implementation of the University’s and Faculty’s business engagement and knowledge exchange strategy and supporting objectives. You will be based within the Business Engagement & Knowledge Exchange (BEKE) team, part of the Directorate of Research and Business Engagement. You will work with colleagues to lead the University’s consultancy services provision and develop and implement strategic objectives to support the continuous improvement and growth of consultancy services, and address opportunities to enhance wider BEKE collaboration and partnerships with external organisations. You will be the key contact for internal colleagues and external organisations in all areas of University consultancy activities, furthermore, you will be expected to be mobile between Faculty and Central University functions as part of a functional team of business engagement and knowledge exchange. You will also contribute significantly to University-wide activities, including the development and response to strategic industrial collaborative funding opportunities at an institutional level; facilitating collaborative links and interactions across the University, with external partners and external funding agencies. They will additionally provide strategic advice to the Head of SME Partnerships, Head of BEKE, and Deputy Vice-Chancellor. What you will get in return:
