Duties

The Associate Program Manager’s (APM) primary job responsibilities are to design, improve, execute and provide strategic oversight for some of the Wharton Social Impact Initiatives growing portfolio of student programs and events. This includes the instructional design and management of online Canvas courses for two international business school programs. The APM will coordinate day-to-day program activities for MBA Impact Investing Network & Training (MIINT), Total Impact Portfolio Challenge (TIPC), and Jacobs Prize programs, including managing the Learning Management System (LMS) by populating with content, managing student registration, and coordinating communications with program participants.


Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. This position requires a highly-motivated, collaborative individual with excellent oral and written communication skills. Project management, preferably working with student programming, is required. Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Familiarity with online learning programs and tools is preferred.
