About the role

As Associate Director of Campaign Planning & Performance is a pivotal new position within the Advancement team, with a key role in enabling UCL’s next fundraising and engagement campaign.

You will lead a new and expanding team responsible for:
• The planning and programme management for our next campaign
• Our internal stakeholder engagement strategy
•Our campaign governance and reporting arrangements.

You will work collaboratively to deliver our alumni engagement and fundraising strategy for UCL.

We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).

This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.

About you

You will bring significant experience in successfully managing complex campaigns or similar large-scale initiatives within a higher education, nonprofit, or comparable organisational setting. An outstanding relationship-builder, your stakeholder management skills will be exceptional. You'll have a proven track record of developing and implementing programme plans, including goal-setting, resulting in measurable outcomes and impact. You will have exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capability to navigate ambiguity.
