Salary
£39609 to £48677 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.


Reporting to the Head of Strategy Support within the Planning, Performance & Strategic Change Directorate, the role of Senior Strategy Adviser offers an exciting opportunity to support the development, implementation, monitoring and oversight of the University's strategy.

 

This exciting opportunity has arisen at the time when the University of Nottingham is focusing on the development of its strategic aims beyond 2020 and the successful candidate will be involved in the creation and implementation of this work, as well as supporting on-going business planning, strategic reviews and change management.

 

The Senior Strategy Adviser will engage with colleagues at all levels of the University and therefore will need excellent communication, presentation & leadership skills, along with organisational expertise and strategic oversight. A background in programme / project or change management and undertaking reviews / continuous improvement activity would be helpful in this role.
