As the University continues to develop and evolve we are further investing in our Human Resources team so as to increase our effectiveness and further strengthen our resource base across the institution. The University is seeking to expand the HR team through the appointment of a driven, dynamic HR professional for the position of Deputy Director of Human Resources.

 

The Deputy Director of Human Resources will report to the Director of Human Resources and has significant responsibility in planning, managing, coordinating and overseeing Human Resources operations, activities, programs, and staff.

Appointment may be made on the Senior Admin IIA Salary Scale €98,335 to €115,045 (Scale A), €103,375 to €118,534 (Scale B) per annum.


Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
