Deputy Capital Projects Officer
UCC wishes to appoint to the above role within the Buildings and Estates Office. Reporting to the Capital Projects Officer, the appointment of Deputy Capital Projects Officer is critical in supporting the overall estates strategy which sets out a vision and plan for the future development and growth of the university estate.
The Deputy Capital Projects Officer will work with the Capital Projects Officer and other senior stakeholders and will have responsibility for the delivery of a number of approved university capital projects and other relevant initiatives. The post-holder will work with the Capital Projects team which currently includes the Capital Projects Officer, Project Managers, Commuter Plan Manager and support personnel.

Appointment will be made on the Admin I (Grade 7) Salary scale: €68,858- €89,899(Scale B)/€66,531-€85,530(Scale A).
