The Opportunity


The Faculty of Science has an exciting opportunity for a confident individual to join their team as a Student Experience Coordinator looking for a challenging and rewarding career within the education sector. Working closely with project partners and stakeholders, you will play an integral role within the Student Experience team and be responsible for providing high-level administrative and project coordination of activities for the Faculty of Science.


The overarching aim is to build and sustain support system for students including overseeing compliance with university policy. The incumbent will work closely with the Associate Dean (Education) to coordinate and support the suite of faculty of initiatives to improve student experience, promote various programs within the Faculty and ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables.


As a part of this role, you will be involved with maintenance of student database, building and sustaining relationships and provision of advice and guidance.


This is a varied and interesting role within a buzzing, creative and supportive team. In order to be considered you must have:

  • Well-developed administrative skills

  • Proven experience in customer service or client facing roles

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise high level of independence and initiatives

  • Ability to provide strong and timely advice


Most importantly, you will bring well developed problem solving and interpersonal skills to fulfil this role.
