Review and evaluate student applications according to established admissions criteria Communicate effectively with applicants regarding application status, missing documents, and next steps Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their academic potential, fit with the institution, and motivation Liaise with other members of the team and academics, to ensure prompt and complete academic consideration of each applicant To liaise with the Registrar, academics, and external stakeholders to ensure recognition of prior learning where required Maintain accurate records and data related to applications and admissions decisions Your qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in admissions, higher education, or a related field Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate applications objectively Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in technology and comfortable using a student information system (SIS) Understanding of higher education admissions policies and procedures. Your responsibilities:
