As part of our new Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) structure, we are building a more consistent, student-focused service model that supports academic excellence and enhances the student journey from enrolment to graduation.


About the Role

You will join the EASE team, working closely with academic and professional services colleagues to provide high-quality administrative support for taught programmes. Your responsibilities will include supporting students throughout their academic journey, coordinating teaching and assessment activities, and ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of student records.


Appointments

We are appointing 4 x 1FTE Permanent.

We are appointing 3 part time posts (2 x 0.8FTE, 1 x 0.6FTE).

The roles are available from 1st December 2025.


About You

You will have experience working in a busy administrative environment, ideally in higher education, with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be confident using digital tools, able to manage competing priorities, and committed to delivering high-quality service to students and staff. A collaborative and proactive approach is essential.
