Your role

As an Administrator within the Information Security Office (ISO), you will be an integral part of our ISO team, reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). You will support the ISO objective that information and data across all University areas are handled with integrity, confidentiality, and availability by fulfilling the following main activities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on high-level formal meetings, including the Strategic Committee for Information Security, comprising the retro planning of topics based on statutory reporting schedules
  • Organize and document the weekly security team meetings
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new information security policies and their quality review
  • Provide administrative support for legal requirements applicable to the university
  • Assist in creating and maintaining internal procedures for ISO operations
  • Administer, handle and process files related to the service and/or operational processes under minimal supervision
  • Update and maintain complete and efficient files/records/databases
  • Administer communication activities by creating, translating, sharing communication materials on behalf of the ISO
  • Provide general support to the different team members, such as calendar and meeting management, diverse communications, purchase order process, invoice, and payment follow-up
  • Assist diverse small projects related to information security activities
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by work experience
  • Strong interest in the information security topic; experience in this domain is a plus
  • Fluency in English and French (in written and oral). Good understanding of German and/or Luxembourgish is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach
  • Service oriented and ability to find quick solutions to user’s requests or issues
