Administrative assistant (50%)

you are responsible for the leadership of the secretariat and support Prof. Anton Wutz in all administrative and organizational matters. At the same time, you keep an overview of purchasing, financial accounting, and personnel administration of the professorship and communicate in a short, meaningful form in order to support the leadership of the professorship. You will also support the planning and preparation of research applications, travel by group members, and international scientific collaborations and events. Her responsibilities include the following areas: Personnel and financial administration in the ETHIS ETH system, preparation and support of university courses and examinations, as well as general secretarial duties in German and English.

You have over Experience and a track record in a demanding secretariat in an international environment. Service-oriented work requires reliability, initiative, organizational talent, team spirit and professional communication in German and English. We expect experience in dealing with modern IT systems of accounting and personnel management as well as the willingness to work into the appropriate infrastructure. A professional approach to people makes you an important contact person for research group staff, students, and all those you work with in administrative matters. With their cooperation they support the goals of the professorship and work in a forward-looking and goal-oriented manner in order to master the tasks in teaching and research together.
