Stockholm Business School is one of the largest departments at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Stockholm University with approximately 140 employees and about 3500 students annually. Main research areas are within finance, marketing, organisation and management, and accounting. The School has a large international network with different education and research partners.

Stockholm Business School has a goal to become an internationally recognized Business Studies Department on a European top level year 2023, where research and education of very high quality is offered in an innovative and diverse knowledge environment, which attracts prominent academics and students from a global market. As a central part of this vision the School works actively with quality improvement while at the same time profiling and anchoring its quality results through accreditation from acknowledged institutions. 

Main responsibilities

The role as Accreditation Manager entails responsibilities for accreditation processes towards AACSB and AMBA accreditation. As the Accreditation Manager you are expected to independently write, compile and deliver reports related to quality work according to the given standards. With competence within quality follow-up processes and evaluation you will be a knowledge resource to the School’s staff. You are to lead the operative processes which include gathering and compiling process descriptions, together with designated colleagues within the organisation. Other cooperation activities include contacts with international partners as well as organising visits and you are reporting to the Heads of School.

Qualification requirements

A Master’s level degree [VP1] is required as well as at least three years of qualified evaluation and/or quality related work experience. A PhD degree is meritorious as well as accreditation work experience related to AASCB, EQUIS and AMBA.

You have extensive documented experience in producing large scale evaluation type reports of high quality in English. You are independent in planning and structuring your work as well as in implementing and leading your processes and distributing tasks accordingly.

As a person, you are keen on achieving high quality results within the set timeframe.

You have good personal skills that help you cooperate with others and you are good in establishing trust. You are responsive and open to other opinions, as well as accustomed to quickly adapt to new contexts.

Terms of employment

This is a full time, two-year employment. Salaries at Stockholm University are determined individually; therefore, please indicate your requested salary. Start date immediately.
