Academic Programmes Administrator Auckland University of Technology New Zealand

The Centre for Learning and Teaching at Auckland University of Technology is seeking a part-time (0.6) fixed term (12 months) appointment to support the administration of academic programmes within the Centre. A key component of this work will be managing resources and participants in Ako Aronui, the AUT pathway that leads to HEA Fellowship.

This position will require working closely with the Ako Aronui team of academic advisors, liaising with participants and mentors, and preparing and maintaining resources for online support and regular workshops.


The successful applicant will have a record of working independently as well as in a team, show accuracy and attention to detail, and be experienced and competent across a range of digital tools.


This is an opportunity to work with a key strategic programme within the University, and to work with a wide range of academic and professional staff within the Centre.
