The Academic Coordinator will provide assistance in developing and supporting the current professional Master degree. The role will assist in helping Technology Management to achieve its goals including those for diversity and increased enrollments while strengthening and sustaining the degree. The Academic Coordinator will provide integral assistance to the Department Chair, Faculty Director and the Business Officer in all aspects of the program including:
The minimum qualification is a Bachelor's Degree and at least one year experience working in higher education. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience working in higher education. The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrated understanding and commitment to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, strong interpersonal skills and communications skills as well as demonstrated success as a collaborative team member, and knowledge of graduate education at UCSB as well as best practices in a higher education institution.
